Terms and Conditions of Participation - Raffle - Ski Trip
1. General
The organizer of this promotion is JT International AG Dagmersellen (JTI), based at Baselstrasse 65, 6252 Dagmersellen, Switzerland.
The promotion runs from 06.01.2026 until 26.01.2026 at 2:00 p.m. Participation after this time is not possible.
2. Eligibility
All Instagram users who follow the account @freedommusic.ch and are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate.
Employees of JTI, participating agencies, and promotional partners, as well as their partners and family members living in the same household, are excluded from participation.
3. Participation and Prize
All users who:
- follow our Instagram channel (freedommusic.ch),
- like at least one ski weekend raffle post, and
- tag at least one friend in a comment under a raffle-related post on our Instagram channel,
are considered participants for the purpose of this promotion.
Multiple entries do not increase the chances of winning. Winners will be selected at random after the promotion ends from all valid entries and Freedommusic.ch followers who meet the participation requirements of the post.
4. Prizes
Participants can win the following prize package (for 2 persons):
- Accommodation: 2 nights in a double room at Chalet Bello in Davos, from February 13, 2026, to February 15, 2026 (approx. value: CHF 860)
- Ski pass: 2-day ski pass for 2 persons (approx. value: CHF 318)
- Apéritif at the Ploom Aura Party (approx. value: CHF 100)
- Beverage vouchers (approx. value: CHF 90)
Total prize value: approx. CHF 1’368.– for 2 persons.
Note: Bello Bellissimo AG is not a sponsor of this promotion.
Each participant can win only one prize. JTI reserves the right to add, remove, or replace prizes with others of equal value.
5. Winner Notification
Winners of the promotion will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message (DM) after the promotion ends. Winners will be asked to provide their contact details, i.e., full name, date of birth, and email address, via DM. If winners do not provide all requested contact details within 48 hours of being prompted, their claim to the prize will expire without substitution, and the prizes will be re-drawn. The submitted contact details will be deleted within three months after the end of the prize draw.
JTI accepts no liability for prizes that are not received on time or are lost. Furthermore, JTI assumes no liability in the event of theft or misuse after the prizes have been shipped.
6. Disqualification
If it is found that a participant has provided false information (in the context of the promotion or otherwise), created multiple user accounts, or manipulated the prize mechanism in any way (e.g., technical tampering), JTI reserves the right to exclude that participant from the promotion. Any prizes already won will become void.
Furthermore, JTI reserves the right to delete the participant’s user account on the relevant promotion website, as well as any other existing user accounts on other JTI websites, and to deny future access.
7. Responsibility and Liability
Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. A monetary payout of the prize value is not possible. Legal recourse is excluded, and no correspondence will be entered into.This promotion is in no way connected to Instagram (Facebook Inc.) and is neither sponsored, supported, nor organized by Instagram. Instagram is released from any liability.
Participation in the promotion and the use/redemption of any potential prize is at the participant’s own risk. JTI will not cover any costs or expenses that may arise in connection with this promotion. Any liability on the part of JTI for losses or damages suffered by participants in connection with this promotion, whether during participation or in the course of redeeming a prize, is excluded.
8. Data Protection
JTI processes the personal data provided by participants in the context of this promotion in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The primary purpose of data processing is to carry out this promotion. Furthermore, JTI reserves the right to add the personal data provided during the promotion to the existing user profile and process it in accordance with the applicable terms of use of the respective website.
9. Modifications
JTI reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion and/or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. JTI will freely decide whether and how the promotion will continue in a modified form.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland.
